Coaching sessions are 60 minutes long and we can focus on:
- Pregnancy and natural birth prep
- Using natural remedies throughout your reproductive journey (from TTC to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum)
- Wellness and health coaching (whatever health struggles you’re going through, I’ll help you navigate them in a natural and holistic way)
- Natural mothering and using herbal remedies for the whole family
One 1h coaching session is USD$100. Follow-up emails/texts are included. I’ll also always ask you what you want us to focus on before the consult so that I can prepare a doc with resources and research that I will share with you.
Quick herbal sessions are 30 minutes long and go over specific herbs, natural supplements, or any other remedies or pharmaceuticals you are considering using during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In these sessions, I do in-depth safety and benefits research of your regimen based on your needs, goals, and overall health. You get a doc with a summary of the research with references and follow-up emails/text afterward for whatever questions come to mind!
One 30-min herbal session is USD$80 (docs and email follow-ups included).
You can also purchase a bundle of 3 or more coaching sessions at a discounted rate.
